There really is no "special" place, position, clothes or requirements to meditate.
You simply need an open and willing heart to start checking in and allowing yourself to be in the present moment.
It takes time, patience, love and practice, just like any other goal.
Every week will be different, and channelled directly from Spirit.
The best piece of advice I can give you, is don't judge or analyze what you are or have experienced. Simply allow it to be.
